Job summary

4Winds User Led Association in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Project Worker to join a small, busy team delivering person-centred support in 1:1 sessions, groups and wellbeing courses.

The post is 24 to 30 hours per week (hours negotiable on offer), offered on a permanent basis subject to future funding, with salary £15.37 per hour and a 35-hour reference week. 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays pro rata and a 6% employer pension contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 sessions and group activities.
• Ability to work in a small busy team and deliver recovery-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 sessions in a busy mental health resource service.
• Run group sessions and wellbeing courses.
• Engage with GP surgeries in Grangetown, Butetown, Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau.

4Winds, a mental health charity based in Cardiff is looking to appoint:

Mental Health Project Worker (24 to 30 hour post available, hours to be negotiated on offer. Offered on a permanent basis but subject to future funding being available).

Salary is currently £15.37 per hour, based on a 35 hour working week, 25 days holiday pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata and 6% employers contribution to pension scheme

Do you have the skills and experience to work in a small team in a busy mental health resource service offering a range of inclusive person-centred, recovery focussed support, in 1:1 sessions, groups and delivery of wellbeing courses. Some 1:1 sessions will be delivered in Gp surgeries in Grangetown, Butetown, Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau. We strive to make a difference for every person using our services
