Job summary

4Winds User Led Association in Cardiff is seeking a Mental Health Project Worker to join a small team delivering person-centred, recovery-focused support in 1:1 sessions, groups and wellbeing courses. The role includes delivering some sessions in GP surgeries across Grangetown, Butetown, Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau. Hours are 24–30 per week, negotiated on offer.

Permanent but funded subject to future funding. Salary £15.37/hour.

Offered on a permanent basis but subject to future funding being available).Salary is currently £15.37 per hour, based on a 35 hour working week, 25 days holiday pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata and 6% employers contribution to pension schemeDo you have the skills and experience to work in a small team in a busy mental health resource service offering a range of inclusive person-centred, recovery focussed support, in 1:1 sessions, groups and delivery of wellbeing courses. Some 1:1 sessions will be delivered in Gp surgeries in Grangetown, Butetown, Riverside, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau.
