Brook Street Rebrand is seeking Mental Health Housing Support Workers for full-time and part-time roles across South Wales. You will support individuals with mental health needs in housing and community settings, helping them maintain tenancies, access services, and work toward independent living.

We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication. An enhanced DBS check is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifikationen

• Caring, compassionate, and non-judgemental attitude.
• At least 6 months' experience within social care or support work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
