Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist eight individuals with mental health needs in a supported living setting. Job description

  • 24 Hours Per Week (2x 12 hour shifts) – £16,640 per annum
  • 36 Hours Per Week (3x 12 hour shifts) – £24,960 per annum

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, supporting eight individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live independently within their home and local community. You will provide person-centered support that promotes wellbeing, recovery, choice, and inclusion.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support individuals to develop life skills, achieve personal outcomes, and manage their mental health in a positive and meaningful way
