Qualifications

• Full-time contract.
• Previous Store Manager experience or strong Assistant Store Manager experience with readiness to step up.
• Proven leadership capability and confidence running a store.
• Strong commercial awareness and trading instinct.

• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance and KPIs.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly trading priorities.
• Lead and develop flagship store team.
• Recruit, onboard and train new starters for launch and beyond.
• Create a strong, disciplined and positive store culture.
• Be highly visible on the shop floor and set the pace.
• Manage rotas, payroll and staffing levels.
• Maintain flagship level merchandising and visual standards.
• Full responsibility for stock management, deliveries and loss prevention.
• Ensure all operational, cash handling and compliance procedures are followed.
• Acting as the main link between the store and head office.

Weekend Offender has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our Sheffield flagship. This is a high profile role with full ownership of a flagship environment. We are open to experienced Store Managers or strong Assistant Store Managers ready to step up, if the attitude, leadership and mindset are right.

Job Specification

As Store Manager of the Sheffield flagship, you will take full responsibility for the performance, standards and culture of the store. You will be visible on the shop floor, lead from the front, and build a team that understands how to trade properly. This is about ownership, consistency and doing the basics exceptionally well in a flagship setting.

Your Role Will Include
