Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused professional to join the Heston David Lloyd Club membership hub.

You will handle member queries and requests via chat, telephone, and email, processing them accurately and promptly while delivering the best possible service.

Working as part of a team in a busy office, you will engage with members, hit targets, and maintain excellent communication and organisation under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable.

• Within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub.
