Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Membership Services Consultant to join a fast-paced outbound calling team. The role focuses on contacting members who are leaving or have payment issues to reduce attrition and retain revenue.

You will proactively call members, manage your workload, and contribute to an inclusive, vibrant club culture. Prior experience in health and leisure is a plus, with opportunities for career progression and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed payments to reduce attrition.
• Retain members by proactively engaging and resolving issues.
• Work in a fast-paced, outbound calling team to protect revenue and membership base.
• Collaborate with team to achieve retention targets.

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company.

You’ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members.
