David Lloyd Clubs in Hatfield is seeking a Membership Services Consultant to join our outbound team. You will make high-volume calls to members who are leaving or behind on payments to help reduce attrition.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, use your initiative, and aim to maximise member engagement while supporting the club's friendly, health-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of outbound calling in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.
• Customer service experience.
• Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grow count and revenue.
• Experience in the Health & Leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or who have missed a payment.
• Retain members and reduce attrition by proactive engagement.
• Work in a fast-paced outbound calling team to support club goals.

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company

You’ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members
