Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness group in the UK. 70% of the role involves making calls, promoting our values to prospective members in an office setting, and driving sales, with the remaining 30% dedicated to showcasing our clubs and onboarding new members for premium after-care.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, and offers uncapped commission along with family membership perks within

• Target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hitting the phones and inspiring prospective members while promoting DL values in an office environment (approx. 70% of the role).
• Showcase DL clubs, drive sales targets, and onboard new members to ensure premium after-care service (approx. 30%).
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on‑boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after‑care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
