Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Sales Consultant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will split time between calling prospects and showcasing our clubs, while on-boarding new members and delivering premium after-care.

The role includes evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, with uncapped commission and family membership perks. You’ll thrive in a busy, target-driven environment that rewards performance and effort.

Qualifications

• Target-driven approach with strong administration and organisation.
• Passion for health and fitness and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Sales-oriented mindset, with focus on delivering quality member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage prospects from an office to drive memberships.
• Work 70% on calling and chasing new leads; 30% on club tours and onboarding new members.
• On-board new members and provide premium after-care to maximise satisfaction.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
