Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in an office environment. You will primarily make calls to prospective members, share our DL values, and aim to hit individual and team sales targets while onboarding new members for premium after-care.

The role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, with benefits including uncapped commissions, free club membership for you and a family, and access to our Benefits Suite.

• Demonstrates a target-driven mindset with strong admin and organisation.
• Shows passion for health and fitness and a customer-first attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver a quality sales experience.

Responsibilities

• 70% of the role involves making calls to prospects and promoting membership.
• 30% involves showcasing the clubs and onboarding new members for premium after-care.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining DL values.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
