Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is recruiting a Sales Consultant in Gloucester to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will spend 70% of your time on outbound calls and presenting DL values to prospective members in an office setting, with the remaining 30% showcasing our clubs and closing memberships.

The role involves targets, premium after-care, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uncapped commissions and family membership perks are included.

Qualifications

• Must be target-driven with strong admin skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones, inspire and promote DL values to prospective members.
• Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• This role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
