Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving membership sales and supporting retention. You'll welcome prospects, assist current members and promote products and services that help people achieve their fitness goals.

As part of a fast-growing fitness business, you will conduct tailored club tours, handle inquiries, work toward sales targets, and contribute to a positive club culture.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets
