Permanent Full-time Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
Predominantly office-based
Our client is a prestigious, historic City institution with a fascinating heritage, a thriving membership community and a strong commitment to charitable activities.
Based in beautiful headquarters near the River Thames, the organisation hosts an extensive programme of member events and provides an elegant setting for private and commercial functions.
We’re recruiting a Membership & Operations Manager to take responsibility for three key areas: membership administration, communications and events.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a small, established team, requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong digital confidence and the ability to build positive relationships with people from all walks of life.
We’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys working within a traditional, professional and sometimes formal environment, understands the importance of etiquette and discretion, and takes genuine pride in delivering an excellent service.
We're looking for a polished, personable and exceptionally organised individual who enjoys responsibility, variety and working closely with people.
Previous experience within a membership body, professional association, charity, livery company, heritage institution or similarly traditional organisation would be advantageous, although not essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an organisation, bringing together people, communications, events and administration.
You’ll become a trusted member of a close-knit team, helping maintain the traditions of an established City institution while supporting its continued development and charitable work.
