Office Angels is seeking a dynamic Membership Engagement & Growth Manager to drive sustainable membership growth and enhance the member experience in a collaborative environment.

The role will involve building relationships with member organisations, leading growth initiatives, representing the organisation at industry events, and delivering engaging member experiences through events and forums.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with member organisations, driving engagement and retention.

• Support member communications and marketing across channels.
• Utilise CRM to track engagement and manage the membership lifecycle.

Our client, a leading membership association in the risk management and insurance sector, is seeking a dynamic Membership Engagement & Growth Manager. This newly created role is pivotal in driving sustainable membership growth and enhancing the overall member experience within an engaging and collaborative environment. In this exciting position, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the organisation, engaging with members and stakeholders to cultivate a thriving community.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums, building influential relationships and enhancing market presence.
• Deliver valuable member experiences through events, forums and special interest groups that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support member communications and marketing activity, ensuring high-quality engagement across multiple channels.
• Utilise CRM systems to track member engagement, manage the membership lifecycle and continuously improve processes and member offerings.

Requirements

• Experience with ReadyMembership CRM.
• Proven success in membership engagement, account management, or business development.
• Strong networking skills with the confidence to engage at all levels.
• Experience in representing an organisation at industry events.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A full driving licence with access to transport (business mileage reimbursed).
