Job summary

Kent Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Manager to lead our membership programme, generating around £1.3 million of unrestricted income each year. You’ll develop and deliver our membership strategy to grow income, recruitment and retention, while strengthening relationships with members and supporting our wider conservation mission.

• Experience delivering membership, customer acquisition or retention programmes.
• Strong CRM, data analysis and digital skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial, targets-driven with strong organisational skills.
• Experience managing or developing others.
• Ability balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the membership strategy, plans and KPIs.
• Grow membership through acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Use data, insight and digital channels to improve performance.
• Develop compelling membership campaigns and journeys.
• Collaborate across fundraising, marketing, communications and conservation.
• Manage and develop the Membership Officer.
• Manage the membership budget and relationships with suppliers and agencies.
