Job summary

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is looking for enthusiastic Membership Recruiters to inspire people to support wildlife across our county. You will represent the charity at pre-booked venues and events, encouraging people to join via a monthly direct debit and helping us protect nature for future generations.

You'll work largely independently at venues such as country shows and visitor attractions, with guidance from a dedicated membership team.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with the public and ability to engage people in conversation.
• Ability to work independently at varied venues.
• Willingness to travel around Staffordshire to attend events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Staffordshire Wildlife Trust at pre‑booked venues and events to recruit members.
• Encourage new members to sign up to monthly direct debit donations.
• Work largely independently with support from a dedicated membership team.
• Attend venues such as country shows and visitor attractions to engage passers‑by.
