Job summary

Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum is seeking an experienced marketing professional who uses customer insight to shape strategy and improve the member experience. This new strategic role focuses on evidence-based marketing rather than traditional leaflet design or social media management.

You will work with the Head of Income Generation & Engagement to analyse data, develop segmentation, coordinate projects and oversee member communications and website content with colleagues and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience using customer insights to improve marketing performance.
• Ability to translate insights into practical actions for campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse membership and visitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop audience segmentation and retention strategies.
• Improve the end-to-end member journey from joining to renewal and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing projects, including digital developments and renewals.
• Oversee planning, member communications and website content with colleagues and suppliers.
• Produce clear insight and reporting to support strategic decisions.
