Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Poole is seeking a Sales Host to deliver outstanding member experiences, drive membership growth and support retention within the club. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests and prospects, guiding tailored tours and promoting our products and services to help people achieve their fitness goals.

This role offers opportunities to deliver Personal Training sessions outside contracted hours and to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where performance

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals.
• Use questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day operation of the club.
• Act as a key holder when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support gym floor standards and member-facing areas.
• Assist with gym resets and operational tasks where required.
• Utilise membership and CRM systems effectively to manage enquiries and member information.
• Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals.
• Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging club culture.
• Take ownership of personal performance and development.
