Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Rugby is seeking a friendly Host to be the first face members see. This role combines reception, sales, and service to welcome visitors, promote memberships, and support retention across the club.

You will handle key holder duties, assist with admin in the membership system, and work with the Fitness Manager to deliver gym floor initiatives. A passion for fitness and giving great customer experiences is essential, with opportunities to grow within Frasers Group.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Confident with day-to-day club systems and administration.
• Sales-driven with targets for memberships and retention.
• Flexible, able to cover varied shifts and key holder duties.
• Interest in fitness and products to recommend to members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional touch.
• Support membership sales and retention with excellent service.
• Promote products and services to drive secondary spend.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards in-club.
• Act as key holder; open and close the club as required.
• Handle administrative duties using the membership system.
• Stay informed about classes and gym-focus; promote engagement.
• Support Fitness Manager and team with gym floor initiatives.
• Handle member feedback and escalate as needed.
• Experience products and services to confidently recommend them.
