Job summary

The Royal College of Anaesthetists is seeking a Membership Engagement Administrator to support the Membership Engagement Manager and team in delivering an outstanding member experience. You will manage member data, advise on subscriptions and benefits, and ensure CRM records are accurate.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, with experience handling sensitive data, processing transactions and delivering service across phone, email and CRM channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are essential, including the ability to adapt communication to different audiences with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative background.
• Experience handling sensitive data, processing financial transactions and working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate membership records, ensuring members are in the correct subscription categories and subscriptions are collected promptly.
• Provide a world-class customer service experience to our membership and external stakeholders.
• Champion improvement in member satisfaction by delivering a responsive, high-quality service across phone, email and CRM channels.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-adding processes and suggest improvements to enhance membership engagement.
• Processing of membership applications and training forms, as well as membership upgrades in a timely manner.
