Royal College of Anaesthetists is seeking a senior Director of Membership and Engagement to lead membership, services, engagement, marketing and communications. You will build a compelling proposition grounded in members’ needs across career stages and ensure their insight informs College strategy.

You will drive growth in reach and income from products, content and events, and launch an international member acquisition programme while guiding thousands of volunteers and working with trustees
