Job summary

Searchandselect seeks a Member Support Adviser to join the team in delivering first-class customer support across live chat, email and phone. You will investigate issues, maintain high service standards, and work with other areas to stay up-to-date on product knowledge.

You will follow internal procedures, resolve enquiries promptly, and contribute to customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving and reviews on Trust Pilot.

Qualifications

• KYC experience advantageous.
• Live Chat experience preferred.
• Ability to turn a negative customer experience into a positive conversation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer problems, enquiries and complaints via live chat, email and phone.
• Investigate enquiries and problems to full resolution.
• Maintain high customer service standards and follow internal procedures.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Request customer reviews on performance via Trust Pilot platform.
