Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Derry, NH is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to assist members with their Credit Union needs, explain services, and handle lending activities. You will welcome members, process transactions, and support team sales strategies to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in Member/Customer Service or Financial Services required
• Lending experience is a plus
• High school education or GED required; post-secondary education desired

Responsibilities

• Greet members, complete transactions accurately, and identify member needs
• Explain services and assist with IRA, CD, E‑Funds, home banking and lending products
• Interview applicants, input loan data, and help close loans under supervision
• Respond to emails/phone inquiries the same day
• Process IRA and CD transactions and teller duties as needed
• Maintain records and generate required reports
• Perform related duties as assigned
