Job summary

Global Credit Union is hiring a Financial Services Representative II to deliver personalized member service in person and over the phone. You will perform transactions, offer product recommendations, and contribute to branch and business line goals through cross-sales activities.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and relationship-building with members to support their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people and building relationships.
• Strong communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and solve problems.
• Willingness to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience.
• Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during interactions.
• Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and execution of engagement strategies.
• Use a consultative approach to develop solutions that educate and improve members' financial well-being.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests as outlined in performance standards.
• Efficiently onboard members in the system and complete outbound call programs and set appointments.
• Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls as scheduled and remain flexible to changes.
• Build meaningful relationships by participating in branch promotions and community events.
• Work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
