Qualifications

• Experience or background in Customer Service or Financial Service preferred.
• Lending experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs and related services.
• Explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct members to appropriate staff.
• Interview applicants to collect data for loan applications and assist with loan closings under supervision.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone or email on the same day.
• Process IRA and CD transactions and teller transactions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and required reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
