The role is full-time, with 40 hours weekly and Saturday rotation. Notary license within one year is required; bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus and a premium is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–3 years related experience considered.
• Notary license within one year; training provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tech.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through personalized service.
• Open/manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts; support loans (excluding mortgages).
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, recommend solutions.
