YourShortlist Limited. in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Member Growth & Engagement Manager to drive a growing UK member community. You will design campaigns and partnerships to raise visibility, engagement and opportunities across the 20,000+ member base.

You will lead digital marketing, content, events and CRM-driven journeys, working with affiliates to convert partnerships into registrations and inbound opportunities. The role is hybrid, based at our Glasgow HQ.

Qualificações

• Develop and deliver ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
• Create targeted email campaigns and nurture flows.
• Segment audiences to tailor member journeys and communications.
• Collaborate with affiliates to run joint campaigns and events.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize messaging and assets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an ongoing engagement strategy for our 20,000+ UK members.
• Create regular reasons for members to interact (newsletters, content, webinars, events).
• Build segmented, personalised member journeys and journeys for future tech investments.
• Manage affiliate relationships and build co-branded campaigns.
• Lead digital campaigns to increase engagement and inbound opportunities.
• Track and report on KPIs like new registrations, engagement, and opportunities.
