Blue Light Card Ltd is seeking a proactive growth specialist to help scale member engagement and sign-ups. You’ll sit in a small growth team that spans paid performance and partner management, with two connected work streams: nurturing member organisations and supporting direct-to-consumer campaigns.

You’ll design and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, run A/B tests, build dashboards in GA4 and Amplitude, and collaborate with CRM, Brand, Content, Product and Partnerships to

Competenze

• Experience in growth, performance or acquisition marketing, with hands-on involvement across the campaign lifecycle.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to make decisions using GA4/Amplitude.
• Exposure to paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta or TikTok.

Mansioni

• Support automated outreach workflows and lifecycle communications.
• Segment the member organisation base and refine messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
• Support member organisations in promoting BLC's offering to their employees and drive sign-ups.
• Provide engagement and usage reporting for member organisations to support renewals.
• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Design and run A/B tests and build high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
• Build dashboards and translate campaign data into actionable insight using GA4 and Amplitude.
• Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Social, Content, Product and Partnerships for integrated growth campaigns.
