YourShortlist Original Ltd is seeking a Member Growth & Engagement Manager to lead the development and execution of a year-round engagement strategy for a UK member community of 20,000+. You will drive campaigns, content, and events to keep members active, and collaborate with affiliate partners to expand reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver an ongoing engagement strategy for our existing community of 20,000+ UK members.
• Create regular reasons for members to interact with YourShortlist®, including newsletters, educational content, webinars, workshops and events, social campaigns, guides and surveys.
• Build segmented and personalised member journeys, ensuring communications are relevant to different organisations, industries, roles and technology interests.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day engagement contact for affiliate partners and build strong relationships that communicate YourShortlist® value.
• Take ownership of digital campaigns to increase member engagement and generate inbound enquiries using email, CRM automation and social channels.
• Coordinate content and events programmes (webinars, roundtables, etc.) with internal and external experts to educate and engage the community.
• Develop reporting around key metrics (registrations, inbound enquiries, opportunities, affiliate performance) to continually refine strategies.
• Shape the role in a way that turns YourShortlist® into an active business community with measurable commercial impact.
