Job summary

YourShortlist® in Glasgow HQ seeks a dedicated Member Growth & Engagement Manager to expand the UK member community and keep it active throughout the year. You will develop campaigns using digital marketing, content, partnerships and events to build interest and generate opportunities for our SDR team.

The role sits at the top of the engagement funnel, not a direct sales role, with hybrid working options. You will coordinate newsletters, webinars, and member events to drive measurable engagement

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to create segmented, personalised member journeys.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership through successful affiliate relationships.
• Increase frequency and quality of member engagement.
• Build awareness of the full range of YourShortlist® support.
• Identify early technology opportunities and nurture campaigns.
• Generate inbound opportunities for the SDR team.
