Job summary

The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) is the UK’s largest farming organisation. We are seeking a Customer Services Adviser to be the first point of contact for our members and the public, providing telephone support, signposting and handling member queries with a courteous, professional approach.

You will handle outbound calls for research and renewal support, in a busy customer-facing team, using Microsoft Office to deliver a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service handling high call volumes.
• Ability to deliver a professional, enthusiastic and courteous service.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to address queries and signpost to further support.
• Be the first point of contact for members and the public.
• Make outbound calls to support research and membership renewals.
