Job summary

NFU Mutual in Enniskillen is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our welcoming office team. You’ll handle front-office sales inquiries, promote NFU Mutual’s products, and deliver a first-class customer experience with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll use strong telephone and communication skills to build lasting relationships, gather renewal dates, and generate new prospects while keeping paperwork accurate and organised. A comprehensive training program supports your success.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English required.
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner essential.
• Sales experience and customer service proven track record strongly preferred.
• Computer literate with ability to navigate databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office and administrative support and handle incoming sales enquiries.
• Promote NFU Mutual’s product range to customers and prospects.
• Proactively gather renewal dates and generate new prospects.
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
