NFU, the National Farmers’ Union, is recruiting a Customer Services Adviser for its Warwickshire office. You will be the first point of contact for members and the public, providing telephone support and signposting to further help.

There will also be outbound calls to assist with research and membership renewals. The role requires experience in a busy customer service setting and the ability to work within established procedures, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
