• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to resolve membership queries
• Respond to enquiries and complaints via membership inbox and social media
• Act as a key contact for stores for membership-related queries
• Review, process, approve or reject membership applications
• Process colleague applications and nominations
• Maintain accurate member records in line with GDPR
