Job summary

Singapore Cricket Club International is seeking a dedicated Member Services professional to provide courteous service to members and guests on site. You will handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints, coordinate with departments, and support daily operations of the Member Services Department.

Responsibilities include managing the switchboard, maintaining records, assisting with events, and ensuring confidentiality and adherence to club standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to Club members and guests, maintaining good member relations at all times.
• Attend to members’ enquiries, requests and feedback promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments where necessary.
• Handle and resolve members’ complaints professionally and follow up to ensure satisfactory closure.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, handle general enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of members’ requests, complaints and follow-up actions where required.
• Assist with general administrative duties and the smooth daily operations of the Member Services Department.
• Maintain confidentiality of members’ information and comply with Club policies, procedures and service standards.
• Assist with Club events and activities when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
