Job summary

Soho House Banbury seeks a Member Relations Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests across arrival, stay and events. You will oversee relationships between members, operations, membership and events, ensuring smooth flow on the floor, recognizing members, and coordinating with F&B and reception to foster a warm, memorable experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar capacity, a sociable approach, strong organisational skills and the initiative to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in member relations or similar role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and efficient with multi-tasking.
• Strong initiative and passion for Soho House and its members.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end member experience across services.
• Oversee real-time member and guest management.
• Support F&B and Reception with service touchpoints.
• Ensure guest arrivals and special requests are handled.
• Maintain positive house atmosphere and energy.
• Promote and support member events to drive attendance.
• Coordinate with MEM and House teams for events.
