Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Club Manager for Babington House, Frome. This on‑site leadership role oversees daily operations across hospitality, facilities, member services and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead a diverse team, drive operational excellence and uphold the Club’s discreet, sophisticated culture while ensuring profitability, safety and organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong service mindset and ability to manage busy, high‑volume environments.
• Excellent communication, staff development and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across hospitality, facilities, member services and events.
• Lead training sessions and ensure staff deliver consistent, brand‑aligned service.
• Collaborate across departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
• Be visibly present on the floor, gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure appropriate uniforming and monthly menu updates in line with standards.
