Job summary
Soho House & Co. in London is seeking a Host to warmly welcome members and guests, manage seating and support the floor team to prepare tables for upcoming bookings.
You will deliver outstanding service from the initial greeting to seating, respond to guest inquiries promptly and uphold the high hospitality standards the club is known for.
Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments and excellent communication are essential, with a friendly, proactive approach to guest care and teamwork.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Hospitable and customer-service oriented
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented with ability to take direction and work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat members and guests
- Manage seating to match bookings using the booking system
- Support floor team to prepare tables with linens, cutlery and glasses
- Provide detailed knowledge of menus, allergens and pairings
- Handle member inquiries with hospitality and discretion
- Maintain professional conduct with VIPs and PWKs
- Participate in briefings, tastings and team events
