Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a dedicated fitness-focused team member to engage with members, lead group exercise classes, and deliver high-quality inductions. You will ensure the gym floor is welcoming, clean, and aligned with brand standards while supporting new joiners and maintaining safety and community focus.

The role emphasises flexibility in hours, strong customer interaction, and a collaborative team environment where feedback and personal development are encouraged within a health-focused club.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise an exceptional member experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours to prospective members in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes and member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest standards set by management.
• Monitor service delivery and record-keeping, and share insights for improvements.
