Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise the member experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Lead group exercise classes.
• Conduct engaging member inductions.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Perform club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain highest cleanliness standards as directed by management.
• Uphold brand standards and safety at all times.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and data.
• Operate legally and safely while employed by JD Gyms.
• Support energy, waste management and environmental initiatives.
• Analyse and present key data to support new ideas.
