You will engage with members, deliver welcoming tours for prospective joiners, support joining and help maintain cleanliness, safety and service excellence to ensure a world‑class member experience at every visit.

• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and safety.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback.
• Analyze data to support new ideas and initiatives.
