Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver a world-class experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours to prospective members in line with JD Gyms standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Conduct engaging member inductions.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Carry out club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards as set by management.
• Uphold brand standards and safe, compliant operations.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and data.
• Operate safely and legally while employed by JD Gyms.
• Consider energy use and waste management in daily duties.
• Present data to support new ideas and initiatives.
