Job summary

JD Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated member experience champion to engage with members on the gym floor, lead inductions and deliver engaging group exercise classes.

The role requires Level 3 PT qualification and a passion for fitness and wellbeing, with flexible hours and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise their experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver member inductions and ensure they are informative.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest level per management guidance.
• Uphold brand standards and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and performance data.
• Operate safely and lawfully as a JD Gyms team member.
• Consider energy use and environmental impact in daily tasks.
• Analyze and present data to support ideas and developments.
