Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Member Relations Manager to oversee end-to-end member experiences, from check-in to engagement across the House. You will support events, manage guest relations, and ensure the highest standards of service and atmosphere with a personable, professional approach.

In this fast-paced environment, you will rotate around the House, collaborate with F&B and Reception teams, and act as a primary contact for PWK/FHM guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Outgoing individual who values personal interactions.
• Organised and efficient with multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Demonstrates initiative and passion for Soho House and its members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong member-facing presence on the floor, rotating around the House hourly to engage with members.
• Oversee and ensure successful implementation of Member Recognition with real‑time follow‑through from Reception to seating and service.
• Support F&B and Club Reception to collect member feedback on service, food, atmosphere and satisfaction.
• Prioritise member bedroom experiences, arrivals, PWK/VIP/FHM requests and welcome notes.
• Meet PWK/VIP/FHM on arrival, arrange amenities, and be the key point of contact for guests.
• Grow relationships with members and act as the point of contact for PWKs and FHM, managing real-time member interactions and special requests.
• Contribute to the House atmosphere by maintaining a positive vibe, music, lighting, scent, and energy aligned with Soho House standards.
• Assist in developing and promoting member events to drive attendance and bookings, collaborating with MEM.
