With a focus on hosting, service excellence and smooth operations, you will manage bookings, seating, staff briefings and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring consistent, elevated experiences through thoughtful leadership and hands-on presence on the floor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing service standards, bookings and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, team leadership and service delivery.
• Maintain standards and SOPs across the department.
• Oversee bookings, seating and guest requests to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Build rapport with members and guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Manage cross-selling opportunities and ensure accurate sales transactions.
