Job summary

The University of Oxford is seeking a team-oriented administrator to support the Sports Department's customer service experience. You will help, guide and motivate members through their fitness and wellbeing journey, delivering clear information within a supportive, confidential environment.

The role is part-time (26.25 hours per week) on a 2-week rota, including working 9.5 hours on alternate Sundays, with standard admin duties and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability with standard admin processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel in daily work.
• Good handling of confidential information and data.
• Ability to relay information clearly and accurately.
• Self-motivated with judgment to refer matters appropriately.
