Zusammenfassung

The Royal College of Surgeons of England is seeking a Member Engagement Manager to shape how members experience the College across their careers. You will turn strategic priorities into targeted activity to strengthen recruitment, engagement, renewal and re-engagement.

Working with cross‑team collaboration, you will improve the member journey from onboarding through to renewal, using CRM data and performance measures to add value for surgeons and dental surgeons in the UK and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering member engagement activity with clear journeys and outcomes.
• Strong ability to analyse CRM data to inform decisions and improve campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Experience in a membership organisation or customer-focused environment is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and improvement of engagement across the full member journey (recruitment to re-engagement).
• Develop targeted engagement for different career stages to ensure relevance and value.
• Identify opportunities for membership growth and improve conversions with College teams.
• Review and develop member communications and multi-channel campaigns for timeliness and quality.
• Use CRM data, research and feedback to inform activity and drive improvements.
