Job summary

The Royal College of Surgeons of England is seeking a Member Engagement Manager to shape how members experience and engage with the College throughout their careers. You will drive engagement across the member journey, leveraging CRM data and insights to improve recruitment, onboarding and retention, working with teams to deliver targeted activity for surgical, dental and international audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of engagement across the full member journey (recruitment, onboarding, renewal, retention, re-engagement)
• Develop targeted engagement for different career stages (surgical, dental, international)
• Identify growth opportunities and improve conversions with cross-team collaboration
• Review and develop member communications and multi-channel campaigns
• Use CRM data and external insights to shape activity and improve outcomes
