Job summary

Glanua is seeking an MEICA Project Manager to lead the MEICA scope on water and wastewater projects from design to handover. You will drive programme, commercial, and HSQE activities within a one-team culture on site at Aldermaston.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with civil/building and process disciplines, and mentor staff while pursuing continuous improvement and CPD opportunities across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar MEICA/project management role.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or Level 8 in Environmental Science/Chemistry) with extensive industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEICA scope across one or more projects, delivering from design through construction and handover.
• Manage programme, commercial and HSQE aspects with a one-team approach.
• Coordinate with clients, designers and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
